• Once we understand the situation we inventory your home or office, seperating usuable from unusuable items. We help you decide what could be used elsewhere, what should be sold or disposed of, and propose a more efficient and effective configuration plan for what will remain.
• We then execute the configuration plan and help the customer by hauling out trash, moving furniture and fixtures, organizing and managing the sale of unwanted items that have value (often generating the funds to pay part or all of our fee), even arranging for maid service to clean the area.
• We can also help with interior decorating and remodeling.
  
• Once configured we help with life coaching to help ensure that life and paper flow will work most smoothly with the new configuration so that choke points and inefficiences do not recur.
• We then follow up at an agreed upon interval to tweek the plan and ensure your home or office runs smoothly well into the future.
