- We then precondition and scrub your carpet with the mixture that best addresses your traffic lane, food spills, pet urine, etc problems. Generally we favor an enzyme digester/OSR mix that emulsifies biologically matter with an oxyidyzer boost and odor elimination properties.
- We steam clean with a deodorizing all fiber rinse that leaves your carpet free of soil and detergent residue. It will be bright, soft, and fresh smelling.
- We finish the cleaning by spot treating any remaining spots with our robust spotting kit featuring the best solutions for paint, oil, grease, ink, rust, make up, gum. We even have the fix for troublesome problems like red stains, candle wax, and filtration soiling (ring around the room). There is an additional charge for these items due to the labor intensive methods necessary for success.
- Finally we can speed dry your carpet with our air movers, cutting traffic lane drying significantly.

Upholstery Cleaning

Air Duct Cleaning
Improve your air quality, reduce allergens, protect your furnce, and increase the efficiency of your HVAC system by cleaning your air ducts once every three years.
- Absolute accesses your ducts by removing all supply and return covers, and accessing your plenums and trunk lines through end caps, humidifiers, access panels, etc. in order to clean every component of your duct work.
- Dual process cleaning combines a brushing with a flexible brush kit followed by triple filtered extraction using a dual stage triple vacuum extractor. Very powerful.
- Sanitization using a Bell & Gosset ULV fogger that injects a very fine vapor of MicroBan or Benefect (green product) anti microbial sanitizer into every opening in your system eliminating dust mites, bacteria, mold, mildew, and many viruses.
- Sealant by UnSmoke locks down fine dust particles that cannot be removed and suppresses future
build up, fills small cracks and
seams, and prevents corrosion.

Dryer Vent Cleaning
Debris filled dryer vents lead to slower drying time and costly visits from the appliance repair man. If ignored long enough, the lint can even lead to a fire. They need to be inspected once per year.
- Absolute will clean your dryer vent, using the combination of brushing, extraction, and positive air pressure that is best suited to your needs.
- We can also replace exposed sections of you dryer vent exhaust duct if informed when you schedule your appointment.
- Absolute also cleans the lint trap and the often packed panel in which the trap sits.
- Please notify us ahead of time if your outside exhaust requires more than a four foot ladder.

Water Removal Services
In the case of flooding, it is important that you act fast. Odors from bacteria will begin almost immediately and mold will follow within days. It's best to make a rapid decision on whether to save the carpeting and/or padding. We can help.
- First Absolute assesses the job, giving the customer a detailed quote and recommendation on whether the carpet should be removed or can be saved.
- We then begin a multi phased odor control and sanitization process with anti microbials, odor neutralizers, rinses, and deodorizers. These are applied as pre-sprays, in our solution, and topically. We can even fog walls, baseboards, etc.
- Absolute then extracts the water using a portable flood pumper with three dual stage vacuum
motors.
- We then speed dry the carpet using air movers and can even deploy commercial de-humidifiers at the customer's request.
